Special Physical and Infrastructure Area Development has been working on the project since 2071 BS (2014 AD) and aims to complete the construction of the park by 2022 AD (2079 BS). The park is being made in Tokha Municipality, Ward No 3 near Bhootkhel Ground which is shown in the map below.
